These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyBeti service operated by MyBeti ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

MyBeti provides an AI-powered office manager for tradespeople. The service includes daily morning briefing calls, email monitoring, SMS alerts, customer follow-ups, and business memory features. The service is delivered via phone calls and text messages — no app is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US-based business owner to use MyBeti. By signing up, you confirm you have authority to grant access to the Gmail account you connect.

3. Account & Access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup.
• You grant MyBeti permission to access your Gmail account (read-only) for the purpose of identifying business-relevant emails.
• You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings.
• You can pause the service at any time by texting STOP to Beti.

4. Free Trial

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• At the end of the trial, the service will pause until you subscribe.

5. Subscription & Billing

• After the free trial, MyBeti costs $49/month.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You can cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use MyBeti only for legitimate business purposes.
• Do not use the service to send spam, harass others, or engage in illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.

7. AI & Accuracy

MyBeti uses artificial intelligence to classify emails, summarize information, and provide recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information independently.
• MyBeti is an assistant, not a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Beti's memory improves over time but may occasionally misremember details. You can correct her at any time.

8. SMS & Calls

• By signing up, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS messages from MyBeti at the phone number you provide.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Text STOP at any time to pause all messages and calls.
• Text START to resume the service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyBeti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect information, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.
