MyBeti ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyBeti AI office manager service. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Account info — name, phone number, ZIP code, preferred call time, language preference, and optionally your business name.
- Email data — with your permission, we access your Gmail (read-only) to identify leads, invoices, schedule updates, and other business-relevant emails. We do not read personal emails unrelated to your business.
- Call data — transcripts and summaries of your daily calls with Beti, including action items, financial data, and client information you share.
- SMS data — text messages you send to and receive from Beti.
- Payment info — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the MyBeti service (morning calls, alerts, follow-ups, memory).
- To classify and summarize your emails for briefings.
- To build a personalized memory of your business (clients, pricing, preferences) so Beti gets smarter over time.
- To send you SMS alerts about leads, payments, and other business events.
- To process your subscription payments.
3. How We Protect Your Information
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Email access tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
- We use industry-standard infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway, Stripe).
- Access to your data is limited to the automated systems that power Beti.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate MyBeti:
- Google Gmail API — to read your business emails (with your OAuth consent).
- Twilio — for phone calls and SMS messaging.
- Vapi — for voice AI call handling.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Anthropic (Claude) — for AI-powered email classification and conversation.
- ElevenLabs — for text-to-speech voice generation.
- Deepgram — for speech-to-text transcription.
- Supabase — for database hosting.
Each provider has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
- Your account data is retained while your account is active.
- Call transcripts and summaries are retained to improve Beti's memory of your business.
- If you cancel your account, you can request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
- You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings.
- You can text STOP to Beti to pause the service.
- You can request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
MyBeti's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Gmail data necessary to provide our service, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
